Exploring the Pinwheel Tool Set, a book with more than 80 different block designs, each with a quilt layout.  While the book does not have patterns for every design, it does tell you what tools to use for each block.  There is also a large selection of flower designs and borders that can be made with the Pinwheel Template Set.
